3 Dogs Guarding their owners home after a fire tore through it in Hooks, Texas  

HOOKS, TX (KSLA) -

One person has died and another seriously injured in an early morning fire that destroyed a mobile home in Hooks, Texas, and fire investigators are trying to determine the cause of the blaze.

Police say fire fighters were called to the scene of a mobile home fire at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning. They arrived to find a single-wide trailer fully engulfed in flames.

Authorities say a woman died in the fire after she went back into the mobile home for reasons that aren't known. Her husband, who had gotten her and their two children out of the house, suffered serious burns on his arms and legs and is being treated at St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Texas
